Q What do you do?

As a branding and content creation strategist, I analyze your marketing and deliver creative go-to-market solutions so that you can focus on your sustainability business.

First, I define your brand and strategic goals, then I build a plan to implement them into the marketplace.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

After obtaining a dual Bacheleor of Arts and working my way up to a Marketing Director position, I began working with The American Society of Plumbing Engineering and Engineering Firms. This gave me the opportunity to build my knowledge and understanding of the sustainability industry. After many years I felt that I was able to be a leader and a founder. I founded InCreative.Co so I could amplify how creatives work together and help sustainability driven businesses. In addition to my own community that I built, I continue to grow and thrive within the Climate Designers and Work on Climate groups.

Q How do you stand out in your field?

I mastered these skills to build and manage brands that customers will love and trust.

Communication. I communicate effectively with different teams, stakeholders, and customers.
Research. I conduct market research to understand the target audience, competitors, and industry trends. I analyze data and insights to identify opportunities and challenges for your brand.
Strategy. I develop a brand strategy that defines your brand’s vision, mission, values, personality, and positioning. I align your strategy with your business goals and customer needs.
Creativity. I come up with innovative ideas for your brand. I collaborate with designers, writers, and other creative professionals to create compelling brand assets and campaigns.
Leadership. I lead your brand team and oversee the execution of your brand strategy. I manage projects, budgets, timelines, and resources. I motivate, inspire, and mentor my team members.

I’m working with sustainability driven businesses who need branding, social media, website, and overall direction for their content creation. Some of my past work includes: American Society of Plumbing Engineering • Boomi Environmental • Purple Waves • Holby Valve

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

Brand Strategy & Identity
• Work with clients to refine the brand across all critical elements - including brand positioning, narrative & messaging, aesthetic, and tone of voice - to have a clear, differentiated, and impactful point of view
• Gain and maintain a deep understanding of the client's consumers and the competitive landscape, utilizing insights to identify opportunities and inform strategy
• Guide and unify the creative direction of the brand, and develop unique and out-of-the-box brand campaigns and experiences to bring the brand to life

Content Strategy & Brand Partnerships
• Craft platform-specific content strategy across social channels that will differentiate the client as a brand and allow the client to engage with their target audience in order to grow an enthusiastic community
• Source and develop relationships with influencers and content creators that align with their brand and content strategy
• Work with creators to develop ideas and produce content
• Stay on top of what is trending and relevant in culture and on each social media platform to inform content production
• Build an audience then nurture and grow the community beyond the launch

Omnichannel Marketing
• Develop and execute brand launch strategy to ensure explosive success out of the gate and a strong foundation for growth
• Develop and implement 360° omnichannel marketing strategies while working cross-functionally to ensure the success of all product launches and marketing initiatives
• Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations, and develop word-of-mouth opportunities to increase awareness and build brand equity
• Manage marketing budget, effectively prioritizing and allocating resources and media
