Q What do you do?

I provide executive administrative, social media management, and project management services to creative entrepreneurs who are seeking the support they need to thrive in their business.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

I spent the first 2 years of my business setting up a foundation from implementing my systems and processes, taking courses to improve my skillsets, and seeking out several opportunities as well as a bunch of trial and error throughout my journey between refining my services, narrowing my niche, and more.

Q How do you stand out in your field?

My dedication to helping creatives bring their vision to life.

There is nothing like a great cause or purposeful vision and an opportunity for me to help it come to fruition that draws me in. Once I understand and believe in your vision, I’m all in! I deliver my best work, go the extra mile, and much more.

Being a creative myself, I have a unique understanding of their needs and find fulfillment in helping them bring their vision to life.

Q What are you working on right now?

I am working on seeking out my dream clients and cultivating a network of other entrepreneurs and creatives. Also, I am developing a new VIP day rate service called VA for a day to offer more focused support to busy entrepreneurs and creative professionals.

Q What’s your style?

Style-wise, I describe my aesthetic as being a mix of minimalist, sleek with some boldness and fun. Essentially, I love neutrals and muted tones, but also love a touch of razzle-dazzle in the form of fun patterns that draw your attention without being overpowering.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

Refining my writing and editing skills as well as becoming more adept at certain platforms such as Adobe (I currently only have some familiarity with Photoshop) and email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, flodesk, Activecampaign, etc.

Q What is frustrating you right now?

My biggest frustration is finding clients, opportunities and projects that match my talents and interests align with me and what I have to offer.

Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?

Handle some of the more operational and marketing based tasks such as creating templates, prepping materials for client calls and projects, scheduling social content.

Q What do you wish you could have told yourself, when, and why?

Ask for the help you need - it saves a lot of time, energy, and sanity!!!

 

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

I would love to consult with an interior designer who can help me blend the different design styles that intrigue me into a cohesive and sleek yet warm space.

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I am seeking both long-term and short-term opportunities and projects where I can make a meaningful impact and be of service. In my partnerships, I want to be the executor--the one who takes action on all the great ideas-- giving space to my collaborator to be the dreamer in our dynamic. Ultimately, my goal is to help them bring their visions to life and to do with ease.

Q What is your rate?

My hourly rate is $35 an hour and I offer retainer packages that encompass general administrative assistance, social media management, and project management support, that range from $525 to $1125. For creatives with more specific needs, I offer the option of creating a custom retainer package.

I am also in the process of developing a VIP day rate service called VA for a day. It's basically a day where I will dedicate an entire day (7 hours to be exact) of my undivided attention - eyes, ears, brain, you name it! - to your business. Here's what I can do for you in a day:

➡️Inbox Refresh which is basically decluttering and creating an organizational system for your email.
➡️Project support help for any upcoming launch, event, etc. that you need an additional hand of support in getting it together. For example, say you are getting ready for a launch but need to create your marketing materials, that is something you can utilize me for.
➡️A punch list where I tackle a number of tasks on your to-do list. For example, creating or updating your SOPs, creating templates, scheduling social/email/blog content, or creating graphics

The service official launch will occur in later in the year (hopefully by the end of August), but I am currently offering this service as a beta launch with the introductory cost for the day is $550 (only 10 spots will available at this price point).

I would recommend the amazing email copywriter and entrepreneur, Alicia Castro of glorious copy co.
