Maison Matador Agency is seeking a senior paid social analyst to join our team. We are looking for a quantitatively-oriented and highly organized individual with an eye for understanding creative content to run our client’s digital campaigns. Your responsibilities will require daily optimization and analysis of multiple campaigns on paid social (FB, IG, TikTok, etc), Google Adwords, and marketplace (Amazon).

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Analyze and optimize advertising campaigns on paid social paid social (FB, IG, TikTok, etc), Google Adwords, and marketplace (Amazon).

  • Work with our brand strategist and designers to execute and develop ad creative, placements, landing pages, and audiences to scale campaigns efficiently.

  • Provide weekly data performance recaps including actionable insights and suggestions.

  • Work cross-functionally with our clients and their in-house team to collaborate and strategize on how to improve ROI on ad spend.

  • Wear multiple hats and take on additional responsibilities from time to time, with regard to the advertising role.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing focused on paid social advertising.

  • Track record of driving measurable revenue and engagement via digital advertising.

  • Strong quantitative analysis skills, affinity for numbers and the ability to process complex calculations quickly and accurately.

  • Exceptional customer insights and proven success utilizing analytics to provide strategic recommendations and drive concrete action.

  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative environment, multi-task and participate in team-based planning processes.
