Description Community and content are the leading ladies in this rapidly growing online women’s health and wellness company. Aviva Romm’s team is looking for a part-time Social Media Coordinator willing to fall in love with our brand, develop and grow our social media presence, manage content across our social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, and YouTube), and support our women’s wellness mission. We are specifically seeking someone who is highly creative and easily understands the balance between serving an audience and growing a brand, and is able to create dynamic interactions via social media.

We are seeking a teammate who knows how to bring a brand’s goals to life in the social space, increasing loyal fans through word of mouth marketing, who has knowledge of the women’s wellness space, and professional multi-channel social media experience. Our Social Media Coordinator needs to be passionate about maintaining advanced knowledge of ever changing social media trends, participate in content creation and curation and excited to innovate and implement best practices.

This is a virtual position working with our remote team, often on video. A private, quiet workspace for meetings and a stable internet connection are essential. Responsibilities

  • Oversee day-to-day generation and execution of graphics and copy for posts, Stories, videos, comments, and messages, ensuring brand consistency and high engagement and a positive audience experience

  • Write well researched captions that link back to appropriate content when relevant.

  • Ensure social media plan is supportive of business marketing calendar, supporting blogs, podcasts, events, sales, and product launches.

  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels Ensure brand consistency in copy through tone, voice and terminology

  • Set benchmarks with the leadership team, and create actionable plans based on current trends and audience preferences to both grow and maintain followers across our platforms.

  • Maintain a metrics and benchmark-minded approach to ensure progress on all platforms by using analytical tools Ideate on collaborations with like-minded influencers and brands to expand our reach and amplify our message to new audiences

  • Design images, videos, and GIFs in Canva Bi-weekly reporting on our social media audience growth, engagement, and other KPIs

  • Manage social media account design needs (e.g. Facebook timeline cover, profile pictures and blog layout)

  • Suggest and implement new features to develop brand awareness, reach, and conversion, like Instagram Story and other trends, promotions, and giveaways.

We Welcome Your Application if You Meet the Following Qualifications:

  • ≥ 2 years of proven social media management and content development experience.

  • Passion for creating engaging, beautiful, attention-grabbing, cutting edge, transformative social media and web content in women’s health with exceptional attention to detail and proofreading skills.

  • Knowledge of and interest in health and wellness.

  • Strong knowledge and understanding of key social media platforms and tools and proficiency using social posting programs such as Later and Canva.

  • A great eye for design.

  • A highly organized and detail-oriented team player with highly effective time management skills, a positive, can-do attitude, and willingness to switch gears for the greater good of the brand and its audience.

  • Self-directed and able to take ownership with confidence, while accepting feedback receptively, feel at home with our team and have fun while we work and grow.

  • Facebook and Instagram advertising experience is a plus.
