Q What do you do?

I am an expert in online marketing strategies: and specialize in paid advertising, email marketing, and digital launches.

I am the founder of Authentic Audience, a boutique digital marketing agency and am lead strategy on all our client campaigns. I am the host of the Authentic Audience Podcast, a retreat leader for our Body Mind Business Retreats, and co-host of our online membership community, The Authentic Business Collective.

Q What steps did you take to get to where you are now?

I took big risks, and followed me intuition. It began with an obsession with storytelling, visual storytelling and my career began in the tv and movie industry working with celebrities in Los Angeles. I spoke up on set, asked questions, and was able to land a dream job working for a tv executive reading scripts all day, and I started to understand what makes a good story. The key to good marketing is good storytelling. The LA burnout took me into the health and wellness industry where I was apart of building some of the biggest online wellness and spirituality and yoga brands. I moved to Aruba to support the launch of the Yoga Girl brand in 2014. This led to taking a position as chief marketing officer at a a large yoga studio chain. And then I decided to go all in, and founded Authentic Audience in 2017 with a mission to support expanders, creatives, and entrepreneurs make money doing what they love to do serving the people they are here to serve.

Q How do you stand out in your field?

I believe in radically honest marketing. I am outspoken and transparent when it comes to the data and the strategies. I lead with results. I also have a witchier side to myself and our business and I think speaking to that side of our experience is not something many marketers are including in their strategies.

Q What are you working on right now?

I am working clients who light me up, and are doing important work in the world. I am working on growing our business membership community, The Authentic Business Collective, and I am most excited about the focus I am putting on the podcast to go even deeper.

Q Out of all your slashies, which one do you wish you could do more often?

Q What is frustrating you right now?

I would say being a business owner wearing many hats spreads me thin and my number one focus is often on our client projects, which puts my personal and passion projects on the back burner. I would like to focus more on the podcast and continue to scale our agency with amazing, talented people to deliver the best service to our clients.

Q If you could hire someone for $20/hour, what would you have them do to make your day easier?

I don't know I have a great team and I think I'm the only one standing in my way from making my day easier.

 

Q If you could talk to an expert to gain more insight on something, what would it be about?

Space.

Q What kind of opportunities/projects are you looking for?

I am looking to collaborate with amazing creatives, I am looking for clients who want to grow their audience and revenue with paid advertising and email list growth campaigns, who want to launch their digital offerings in an honest and authentic way. I am excited to mentor and advise people or businesses looking for more hands on and holistic business support. I am looking to grow my speaking and writing with workshops, guest lectures, and writing opportunities in print media.

Q Describe your ideal job/client/collaboration.

The most energy rich client as amazing offers, and has had organic success. She understands business and is ready to expand into the paid marketing space. She is confident in her ability to sell to her dream clients and is authentic in who she is. Together, we would create an intentional funnel filled with value, where we can launch a list build campaign to immediately deliver her dream clients into her world. Then I would support with the ongoing marketing, sales and nurture strategies to expand the business ecosystem. From here, we focus on upselling new clients and customers into a monthly offering of some kind, to create a scalable pillar of revenue and MRR for our client.

Q What is your rate?

Our agency services start at $3,000/month. Our done for you services range from $500-$,5000 depending on the project. My business mentorship is $2222 for 8 months and my high touch marketing advisory is $2,500/month. Anyone can book a business expansion session with me for $444.

Ohhh I have so many:
Jen from Tonic is my fav and her email list: she is so witty, honest, and an incredible designer and human. I love how she presents herself and her sense of humor and how she brings that into her business.
