I work with brands on strategy, implementation, and management of their branding and marketing efforts.

 

WHAT STEPS DID YOU TAKE TO GET WHERE YOU ARE NOW?

I've always been an extremely driven person, constantly seeking out opportunities to help people, learn new skills, and experience new things. I grew up in Southern California and went to the University of Southern California where I studied Communication. After having internships with entertainment companies like Rogers & Cowan (PR agency) and William Morris Endeavor (talent agency), I ended up going in a different direction and became the Marketing Director at a full-service real estate firm in Downtown Los Angeles. 

 

FOR OTHER PEOPLE IN YOUR FIELD, WHAT DO THEY USUALLY LACK?

The ability to work efficiently and multitask in a smart way.

 

WHAT ARE YOU WORKING ON RIGHT NOW?

I am currently working on finishing up branding a real estate property in Downtown Los Angeles. After that is finished, I will be strategizing on how we will launch the brand to market and push content out on a regular basis. In addition, I am strategizing and managing social media accounts for a number of different property accounts, managing a video project for a client, and editing a market report for another client. 

 

WHAT'S YOUR STYLE/PERSPECTIVE/TASTE? DO YOU HAVE A PROJECT THAT REPRESENTS THIS?

WE ARE ALL SLASHIES WITH MULTIPLE SKILLS, WHICH ONE DO YOU WISH YOU COULD DO MORE OFTEN?

I have worked with a lot of clients in the real estate space. I would love to work with people striving to make a mark in the world with their personal brand or small businesses with a product to sell.

 

WHAT IS FRUSTRATING YOU RIGHT NOW?

I wish there were more hours in the day! 

 

IF YOU COULD HIRE SOMEONE FOR $20/HOUR, WHAT WOULD YOU HAVE THEM DO TO MAKE YOUR DAY EASIER?

Taking photos and starting the first draft of blog posts. 

 

LET'S BRING OUT THE TIME MACHINE. WHAT DO YOU WISH YOU COULD HAVE TOLD YOURSELF, WHEN, AND WHY?

In high school - pay attention more! I was distracted in high school with sports and friends (which was great) but I wish I paid more attention to my teachers in class! 

 

IF YOU COULD TALK TO AN EXPERT TO GAIN MORE INSIGHT ON SOMETHING, WHAT WOULD IT BE ABOUT?

Public speaking! 

 

WHAT KIND OF OPPORTUNITIES/PROJECTS ARE YOU LOOKING FOR?

I am looking for contract work with people that want to further develop their personal brands, small businesses, or startups. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR IDEAL CLIENT?

I'm big on communication, transparency, and vulnerability. My ideal client/job/collaboration is one that is detailed but has the courage to think outside the box and have fun. 

 

WHAT IS YOUR RATE? 

Honestly, it depends on the project. I understand budget constraints and am willing to work out a reasonable rate depending on the size of the project, business, and time required. 

 

HOW SHOULD SOMEONE APPROACH YOU ABOUT WORKING TOGETHER?

A short email giving me an overview of who you are, what you do, how you found me/why you want to work with me, and a time you're available to chat on the phone. After the initial 10-15 minute phone chat, I typically set up an in-person meeting at a coffee shop - I love coffee/tea meetings! 

 

HOW DO YOU STAY CREATIVE?

Curiosity - I ask lots of questions!
